Please note that OKP Events does not issue refunds on our events.  There are no exceptions to this rule unless we are contacted within 24 hours of registration receipt.  At that point, refunds or transfers will only be given on a case by case basis.  If a refund is given any fees that Pay Pal has incurred upon OKP will be deducted from the total amount tot be refunded.  To view our full policy on refunds, please click here.

Many people find it difficult to pay the full amount of registration all at once.   We, at OKP, have instituted an option to pay a deposit of half of your registration costs and then pay the rest at a later date.  Final Dates will be determined by Postmarks from US Mail or by Pay Pal Transaction Dates if you have paid online via electronic funds. 

Example:

If you plan to use the EARLY REGISTRATION  that is due by 02/16/08 you could pay $60.00 as a deposit and you would have until 03/15/08, at the latest, to pay the remaining balance. 

If you plan to use the NORMAL REGISTRATION that is due by 03/15/08 you could pay $70.00 as a deposit and you would have until 04/12/08, at the latest, to pay the remaining balance.

There is no payment deferment option for late registrations.  All remainders that are not paid by their due date will forfeit their deposit unless other arrangements can be reached ( info@okpevents.com). Please note this payment deferment if not applicable to T-Shirt orders or to Merchant Fees.  Those must be paid in full.
