REGISTRATION PROCESS via Pay Pal.:

1. Click on the link below to register by Pay Pall.  Fill out all the fields and then press the submit button.  You will then select your registration package and add it to your shopping cart.  Proceed with checkout as usual.  Please make sure that the name you provide on your registration form is the same as that on the credit card you use with Pay Pal.  If it is not please note the name that you used on your registration form when paying for your registration package.
    

2. You must be 18 years of age, or older, to register for this event.  Those under 18 years of age are not permitted at this Event.
    

3. All registrations must be received no later than April 12, 2008.
    

4. A separate registration form must be completed for each individual attending the event.
    

5. The full amount of the registration must be received via Pay Pal when you send your registration form.  Registration forms received without the fee will be returned via email. 
    

6. You must accept the terms of the registration form.
    

7. When your registration form is received you will be sent a confirmation email.
    

8. Please note that OKP Events does not issue refunds or transfers on our events.  There are no exceptions to this rule unless we are contacted within 24 hours of registration receipt.  At that point, refunds or transfers will only be given on a case by case basis.  If a refund is given any fees that Pay Pal has incurred upon OKP will be deducted from the total amount tot be refunded. 
    

9. OKP reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person without explanation or justification.  In this event, all monies received will be refunded.
    

10. Absolutely no illegal substances are allowed.  Yes, marijuana is an illegal substance.  We must comply with all laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, all ordinances of Osage county, Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma Bureau of Tourism, and wherever applicable, all rules and regulations of local police and fire departments throughout the dates of this gathering.  If anyone is found to be in violation of this agreement they shall be summarily ejected from the event without refund of their registration fees.
