Merchants

Thank you for your interest in being a Merchant for the 6th Annual OKP Beltane Festival This event will be held indoors at Osage Hills State Park Main Lodge in their Group Camp Facility. Merchant fees for this event are $80.00 per 8 foot table or per 8 foot space (Full Space), and $50.00 per 4 foot table of per 4 foot space (Half Space). There is a limit of 2 Full Spaces to each merchant.

Merchants are also asked to donate an item for silent Auction. It is not required however.

We will provide chairs, but you are responsible for bringing your own Tables. If you are selling clothing that requires clothing racks these are not provided so you must bring your own. Please fill out the following information and mail it back to us along with your check or money order. Your checks will not be cashed unless you are approved. Note, once you are approved there will be no refunds of your merchant fees.

Please note that Merchants MUST also register for the event itself. All Merchant Applications must be in no later than March 15, 2008. If you wish to sell your wares, you must register as a Merchant. You will not be allowed to set a table up anywhere on the premises for the purpose of selling you merchandise unless you have submitted a Merchant Application and been approved. There will be no exceptions.

We want to make the Merchant experience as unique and inviting as we possibly can. To do this we ask for a description of general categories of the items you wish to sell as well as photos of theses types of products. We do not want to have the same items sold by several merchants. Therefore, only products which have been described and photos submitted of will be permitted for sale. If you need more room, please attach an additional sheet of paper.

Merchants will be allowed to setup their tables Thursday Morning as early at 8:00 am April 24, 2008. The building will be locked and secured however, OKP cannot be held liable for your merchandise. Anything that you feel you must keep under surveillance should be taken with you each night and brought back each morning.

Note to Previous Merchants: If you have been a merchant at OKP events before and your product line has not changed you will not need to submit photos of your merchandise however you will still need to include descriptions of the merchandise.
