9th Annual Beltane
 

WELCOME TO OKP BELTANE 2010 sponsored by OKP Events!  This is our 9th Year to host Statewide events, and things are only getting better!  We want to draw attention and announce that our date for Beltane is later than it ever has been in the past.  The date we have chosen actually covers the period of when the Sun moves into 15 degrees of Taurus, or the actual Beltane.  So, the magick this year should have an even new dimension to it!  Our featured speaker is Suzanne d'Corsey, a noted author, playwright, and lecturer of Sexual Energy and Sex Magick.
 

Bring your drums and rattles as the Festival will be open to registrants as early as Thursday 1:00 pm and will last until Sunday at 12:30pm.  Enjoy the festivities and the feasting.  It will be a time to remember.  For a brief description of the Retreat, please click here.

If no email address has been provided (or it has been noted on the registration form that you would prefer to receive a packet via Mail) then we will send your packets out by US mail.

This year we are offering the opportunity to either register for Friday-Sunday or for Thursday-Sunday.  Those that can come on Thursday, and who have been to Beltane before, know that the extra day at this beautiful location and being with other magickal people is unlike any other.  However, some, sadly, do have to work, and couldn't take vacation time so we are trying to be more accommodating to their schedules. 

 

2010 REGISTRATION PACKAGES OFFERED:

  • INDIVIDUAL FULL REGISTRATION - This package includes a four day and three night stay at the Group Camp Cabins in Osage Hills State Park, dinner on Thursday, brunch & dinner Friday and Saturday, as well as brunch on Sunday morning. This registration also covers all workshops and rituals.

  • COUPLES FULL REGISTRATION - This package includes all of the above but the price includes packages for two adults.  Those registering as a couple must send their forms and funds in together.  You do not have to be a “romantically involved”  couple to use this money saving plan. 

  • INDIVIDUAL SHORT REGISTRATION - This package includes a four day and three night stay at the Group Camp Cabins in Osage Hills State Park, dinner on Thursday, brunch & dinner Friday and Saturday, as well as brunch on Sunday morning. This registration also covers all workshops and rituals.

There are 10 Group Cabins and each has "bunkhouse style" sleeping accommodations with 12 bunk beds to a cabin.  You will need to bring your own bedding and Toiletries.  There are fully equipped bathrooms on site as well.

All registrations must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2010.  Any registrations submitted after this date must be first approved by the event coordinator.

Please note that we have changed Beltane to an Adult's Only event.  No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend the festival.  Thank you for your understanding. 


If you would like to have a Merchant Table at the Event please contact the event coordinator no later than April 3, 2010.  Space is limited and must be pre-approved.
