OKP does not issue refunds or transfers on its events.  When you sign up for our events, the monies you have paid are applied to the then calculated costs of providing services for you.  We have allotted those resources already and cannot undo them.

In the past we have issued transfers for those that could not attend an event.  We have had to stop this process as the costs have started to accumulate.  If transfer is initiated it is on a case by case basis and is rarely given at this point.

We do automatically issue refunds or transfers if the situation arises that we have to cancel an event due to weather or some other unforeseen problem.  This is rarely done and OKP will immediately transfer your registration to the rescheduled date for the event.
